As someone who has lived with ME/CFS since 2011, my passion is to support others who are finding it difficult to navigate this complex & life altering condition.

I understand how difficult it can be to manage life with ME/CFS due to the nature of fluctuating symptoms & sense of loss of who you are as a person.

Those who I have worked with find that speaking with someone who truly "gets it" is one of the best things about seeking therapy support.

Over the past 5 years I have successfully run 3 businesses, achieved an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice & trained as a coach to add to my counselling work.

I have been able to find a way to work that embraces my health issues & allows me to continually make progress - even on my low energy weeks. I have created a digital store & sell journals & planners.

All of this is possible for you to - it may just mean that like me, you have to do things a little differently :)
